Pop-up mall Boxpark has submitted plans to regenerate Brighton’s Madeira Terrace into a retail and leisure development, incorporating a new premium hotel operator.
Pop-up mall Boxpark has submitted plans to regenerate Brighton’s Madeira Terrace into a retail and leisure development, incorporating a new premium hotel operator.
Under the plans, the Grade II listed terrace, spanning 9,149 sq ft along the seafront arches, would be restored with a new building and urban green spaces.
