Wholesale Merchandiser - Sports & Performance Clothing Business
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Wholesale Merchandiser to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced sports and performance clothing brand.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales and ensuring our wholesale operations run smoothly. You will work closely with the internal product team and wholesale partners to manage stock levels, optimise product assortments, and ensure the efficient delivery of products.

As the Wholesale Merchandiser your key responsibilities will cover:
1. Trading & Weekly Analysis
- Provide actionable insights to enhance sales and stock management.
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver weekly analysis reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and stock movements.
- Support the Merchandiser team with valuable insights to drive informed decision-making on stock allocation and trading strategies.
2. Wholesale Allocation & Dispatch
- Ensure timely and efficient product delivery to wholesale partners.
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee the allocation and dispatch of products within your remit, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries according to agreed schedules and terms.
- Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, and adjust as necessary to prevent out-of-stock issues while ensuring alignment with partner demands.
3. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain clear and accurate reporting to track performance.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage ongoing reports, including range plans, sales, stock levels, shipping/dispatch schedules, and partner launch reports.
- Analyse sales performance pre- and post-buy to assess the effectiveness of product range decisions and stock allocations.
4. Pre & Post Buy Analysis
- Support the creation and management of an optimized product range.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis before and after buying cycles to ensure the product range aligns with market demand and customer needs.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance product assortments and ensure the right products are available for wholesale partners.
5. Buy Meetings Support
- Assist in preparing for and executing buy meetings to align with strategy.
- Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Merchandiser team to prepare for all buy meetings.
- Ensure all necessary product data, market insights, and sales information are ready to support the buying process.
6. B2B Sales Platform Management
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in B2B sales platforms.
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of product data and digital assets on the B2B sales platform (e.g., NuOrder).
- Ensure that all product information is up-to-date and accurate, supporting seamless partner ordering and replenishment processes.
7. Partner Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with wholesale partners to maximise sales.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of each partner's market, needs, and challenges.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure they have the right products and stock levels to drive sales and meet regional customer demands.
