Wholesale Assistant

An exciting opportunity has come up for a wholesale assistant to join an international luxury brand, based in its London head office.

This is an integral role that will see you support the sales managers in the team, with administration.

As a wholesale assistant you will be the primary contact for buyer and wholesale teams, to complete operational requests, including admin, invoices etc.
You will be booking in showroom appointments and meetings, working across time zones. As well helping in meetings by managing order deadlines and completing paperwork.

This role will also have an analytical aspect, looking at reports and getting data to the wholesale sales managers.

To be successful in this role you will have some previous wholesale experience, ideally within a premium to luxury brand. You will have strong communication skills, and highly organised.
