Waiting Staff

We are looking for new waiting team members for our our restaurant in Woburn. Lussmanns is a sustainable local restaurant group already in Berkhamsted, Hitchin, St Albans, Hertford, Highgate and Harpenden.

Great rates of pay, with the average for waiting staff across the company between £18-£22 per hour. Applicants must be over 18 for alcohol licensing and hospitality experience is desirable.

Responsibilities include:
Guest door to table service, drinks and food knowledge, till usage, food running and clearing, taking and organising bookings.

You’ll also need to:
have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
be passionate about good food and great service.
