Vice President - Quality

We've got a new & exciting Senior International role, a Vice President across Quality to work for a large multinational company with world-class manufacturing facilities.

Based in Bangladesh you will be responsible for overseeing multiple factories internationally. You will have a wealth of experience from conception to delivery working with large volume retailers in the fashion industry.

Main Responsibilities will include:

• Good working knowledge and concept on design & product development with passion to achieve excellence in quality standards.
• Responsible for factory operations and driving supplier performance across pre-production and bulk manufacturing.
• Manage all aspects of the quality team, develop and coach all team members, performance evaluations, build and establish succession plans.
• Review and oversee audits and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report.
• Determine the operational quality performance of the product as per buyers' requirement.
• Maintain and improve product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and technical support.
• Develop excellent working relationships and have strong communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure full implementation of quality performance within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.

Person Specification:

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience across Quality in the fashion industry.
• Experience working across and overseeing multiple factories.
• Functionally and technically sound team player with a proven track record in delivering results.
• A go getter with a positive mindset and can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across function.
