Trunking Team Leader
You will support Senior Management by leading a team in the efficient and smooth onward flow of goods through the supply chain providing the level of service excellence that Harrods is renowned for.
Other responsibilities include:
Optimizing productivity and efficiency from the team
Ensuring an exceptionally high level of performance is promoted and maintained
Ensuring that all team members attend the company induction program and adhere to company policies and procedures
Ensuring that all team members are appropriately introduced and inducted into the department
Giving appropriate support and relevant coaching and training to enable them to contribute to the overall team performance
Setting clearly defined objectives
Monitoring the output and prioritizing tasks in response to the demands of the business
Organising daily breaks in order to ensure that there is optimum coverage at all times
Ensuring that all employees adhere to the Company Dress Code, attendance and timekeeping standards.
About You
You will hold a driver C.P.C. Certificate along with Class C+E Licence and have good attention to detail which will be evident through paperwork completed and organisation of department. You will possess a strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to Harrods value, as well as the ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
