Training Manager

Our client an established Leisure retailer based in Farnham, is searching for an L&D Manager to support the retail side of the business. It is a great time to join this company as it opens another 30 sites with people development delivering excellent results.

Reporting into the HR Director this is a brand new role for the company. You will be responsible for the delivery of training across all business areas and successfully partner with all stakeholders. The role will be creating content and delivering the training across the business. It is a hybrid role based from Farnham three days a week with some travel to new sites for delivery.

You will have experience of working as a successful and results driven L&D Manager and will have at least three years experience in a similar role in training in a retail, leisure or hospitality environment. You will be a strong communicator who can work at pace and build excellence stakeholder relationships across key senior leaders.
