Training Manager

We are seeking training managers to potentially join one of our hospitality clients in a newly created role. Our client provides event and catering solutions in sporting stadiums, train stations, airports, and similar venues. The company is seeking a training manager to support the HR and talent team in developing, delivering, and executing the training strategy across the business. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to identify training needs and design and implement effective learning strategies.

Ideally, you will have a background in training and experience in the hospitality, retail, or customer-facing industries. You will be engaging and encouraging, capable of creating compelling content and delivering it in an impactful way.

The role offers a salary of up to £48,000 and a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The base office is in West London, but you will need to visit various London sites to build strong relationships with stakeholders. This is a 48-hour work week position, offering 33 days of holiday and a great pension scheme.
