Training Manager

This global hospitality and entertainment provider is looking for a training manager to join its ever-present team. The company, that operates out of high profile stadiums amongst a host of other popular venues and locations, consists of world class hospitality experts working together to provide the very best service for customers.

The role has recently been introduced to the company which will allow for the autonomy to really make the role your own. The role will be working closely with the head of HR and talent to manage the planning, development and delivery of internal training programmes.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who proven prior experience in a training manager position, excellent communicative skills, an engaging personality and a strong knowledge of training methods, tools or techniques.

The successful applicant will be offered a salary of up to £43,000, hybrid working, and a generous holiday allowance.
