This luxurious accessories retailer is on the hunt for a team manager for its York based site. The company, with various boutiques across the UK, utilises its product to demonstrate its expertise in heritage mixed in with contemporary design.

The role will entail motivating and leading a team, to create a cohesive environment for them to thrive. The client based environment will also require the development of relationships and ensuring your team are able to create meaningful moments of service, improving customer retention in the process.

Coming from a retail background, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of a CRM environment and will also demonstrate prior experience in a management positions. To effectively lead the team, a people focused individual will be required, capable of confidently developing a team.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £39,500, with further opportunities to grow your OTE through sales related commission. Further benefits include a biannual bonus and healthcare.
