Just like you.
AD Fusion is a new auto replenishment system being rolled out across Great Britain in 2025, bringing significant advancements in stock management, automation, and operational efficiency. As a Consultant in the Supply Chain Systems team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful rollout, implementation, and long-term adoption of this system across our 14 Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs).
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a strong analytical mindset, excellent project and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities while maintaining a keen eye for detail. Effective communication, adaptability, and technical proficiency will be crucial in supporting teams through this transition and embedding best practices. If you have a background in supply chain, logistics, or operational systems, coupled with the ability to lead change and train diverse teams, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
At Lidl, we offer a hybrid working model to give you the best of both worlds. Spend three days or more in our state-of-the-art office, where you can enjoy an on-site gym, restaurant, and more of the perks you deserve. And with up to two days at home, you’ll find the work/life balance you need to thrive.
