Join us as a Supply Chain Promotions Consultant and you'll be instrumental in identifying and maximising commercial opportunity whilst driving operational improvement.

You will work on varied projects whilst also developing the scope of weekly and seasonal campaigns by reviewing existing practices and working closely with regions to identify opportunity.

This is a role that requires excellent project management, organisation, and the ability to respond quickly to changing situations. Your confident communication style will ensure your colleagues and Senior Management are fully aligned on core objectives and results. Your proven track record in project management will be consistently evident as you achieve deadlines and targets, day after day.

What you'll do

Plan, organise and manage various projects focused on maximising commercial opportunities and operational efficiencies.

Project Manage new developments within Middle of Lidl and Limited Offer range

Work closely with a range of commercial and operational stakeholders.

Use your personal initiative and drive strategic changes where required.

Use project management methods to plan and deliver successful outcomes.

Observe, analyse, follow up and report on projects with a results-oriented mindset.

Present project proposals and outcomes to Senior Management.

What you'll need

Proven project, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in Regional and/or Head Office Supply Chain Management is desirable

High Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) are essential

Good understanding of operational and commercial objectives, processes, and systems.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

Ability to understand various data sets and translate them into conclusions and actions.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills which allow you to manage multiple deadlines with a ‘work smart’ approach
