Supervisor

A popular formal wear retailer who has a significant presence in the UK is looking for a supervisor in the Trafford area. This company is continuing to expand across the country and is considered as one of the leaders in the industry for formal clothing.

The role of assistant Manager will require the chosen candidate to effectively achieve KPI’s whilst leading the team and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing your team performance, ensuring that everybody is motivated and achieving targets to increase sales within the store.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a similar team size and a premium/luxury fashion background within retail is preferred.

The role is paying up to £26,500.
