Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to support the daily operations of a premium menswear store. In this role, you will assist the management team, ensuring a smooth customer experience and helping to drive store performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Support and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain premium visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-presented.
- Build strong relationships with clients and deliver personalized shopping experiences.
- Assist in inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention.
- Step in to manage the store in the absence of senior management.

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a premium or fashion environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Passionate about customer service and delivering a premium shopping experience.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of menswear trends and premium products is a plus.
