We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill in our new store opening at Heighley Gate Garden Centre in Morpeth. Located in the heart of Northumberland, Heighley Gate Garden Centre is a popular destination for gardening enthusiasts, homeware shoppers, and tourists alike, making it the ideal spot for our retail store.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Drive Sales: Lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a performance-driven culture.
Operational Management: Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards while managing costs effectively.
