As the store manager, you will take full ownership of the store's success, overseeing all operational aspects, driving sales, and managing costs efficiently. They are seeking a people-focused leader with the ability to inspire their team and effectively collaborate with third-party stakeholders.

The position offers a competitive salary of up to £34,000, alongside additional benefits such as a discount, uniform allowance and wellbeing perks. There is a generous bonus scheme in place.
