Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Driving Sales & Results - As Store Manager, you will take charge of identifying opportunities to increase your store's performance. From maintaining the company's high standards to analysing reports, you'll be directly responsible for your store's success.
• Customer Service Excellence - You'll ensure that every customer receives an exceptional shopping experience. Leading by example, you'll motivate your team to provide outstanding service, while guiding them to maximise sales opportunities across all store areas.
• Controlling Costs & Managing Budgets - Drive productivity within your team by efficiently managing payroll and resources to maintain operational efficiency.
• KPI Management & Reporting - A proven track record of managing and achieving KPIs, ensuring continuous performance growth and meeting company targets.
• Previous Store Management Experience - Previous experience as a Store Manager or Senior Manager, demonstrating strong leadership and the ability to manage large teams and turnover.
