As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the daily operations of the store, ensuring high standards in customer service, merchandising, and stock management
• Motivating and developing your retail team, providing ongoing training and coaching to ensure their growth and success
• Driving store performance through strong commercial awareness and strategic planning
• Maintaining a visually appealing and well-organised store environment
• Managing stock levels, deliveries, and ensuring the store meets all operational and health & safety standards

To succeed in this Store Manager role, you'll need:
