As an experienced Store Manager, you will be responsible of ensuring that standards are of of the highest level in all areas. A confident communicator and a strong sense of style, you must also be confident at decision-making, driving sales and KPI's through strong delivery of customer service. Exposure to managing high turnover and strong leadership skills is an advantage.

As a Store Manager you will;

*Managing P&L, sales and store targets
*Managing staff performance and ability to coach and inspire to drive results.
*Promoting a luxury, service-orientated environment at all times
*Driving sales - individual responsibility and motivating your team
*Market knowledge and competitor awareness in Kildare
*Visual merchandising and general store maintenance

We are looking for a experienced, well presented, fashion forward retailer with all of the skills above. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make the move from premium to luxury fashion or step up to the position of Store Manager in this high profile store.
