A global lifestyle retailer is seeking a talented and dynamic Store Manager to lead their high-performing store based in Richmond, London.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Manage a dedicated team, including 1x Service & Selling Manager and a Creative Team (2x Display & Visual Coordinators), while covering the duties of an Assistant Store Manager during maternity leave.
- Sales & Performance: Drive sales and exceed targets, ensuring the store’s profitability and continued growth.
Customer Experience: Maintain exceptional customer service standards, delivering a premium shopping experience that reflects the brand’s lifestyle ethos.
- Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the Creative Team to ensure stunning in-store displays that align with the global brand standards.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth processes, stock management, and adherence to policies.
