A popular fashion footwear retailer is looking for a store manager in the Soho area. This company takes pride in producing quality products whilst keeping up with current trends which has allowed them to develop a loyal customer base.

As the store manager, you will need to be a proactive leader who has a strong background in fashion. You will be given a lot of responsibility surrounding operations and commerciality, ensuring that KPI targets are achieved. Customer service is very important in this company, and they take pride in developing lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have an innovative mindset to increase commerciality and ensure that the team are motivated. You will conduct regular reviews with your team to ensure that the relevant targets are being achieved.

The role is paying up to £40,000 accompanied by a KPI related bonus scheme.
