Store Manager

This industry leading multi-product retailer is looking for a store manager to join its growing team. The company, which places a great emphasis on development of its staff, operates out of Leeds airport, presenting plenty of opportunities to maximise sales.

The role, with a focus on front of house, will be centred around ensuring your team are providing excellent customer service, as well as overseeing compliance duties. The development of your team to fulfil their potential will also fall under your jurisdiction.

Coming from a retail management background, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a natural capacity to lead a team effectively in fast paced environments. The ability to juggle a multitude of tasks and a proactive mindset will also be necessary.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £31,000 however, the benefits extend far beyond that. There will be opportunities to grow your OTE through a generous bonus structure, the opportunity to streamline your own progression in accordance to your own goals.
