Store Manager

A luxury fashion retailer is looking for a store manager in the Fulham area. This company takes pride in producing quality products that are special occasion pieces within wardrobes and is a home to both pre-loved and new clothing.

The role of store manager encourages the candidate to be a proactive leader who has a strong background in luxury fashion. You will be given responsibility surrounding operations and need experience in meeting KPI targets to drive sales. Customer service is very important in this company and experience with clienteling/relationship building is desirable for this position.

The ideal candidate will be an effective leader with an innovative mindset to increase commerciality and ensure that the team are motivated. You will conduct regular reviews with your team to ensure that the relevant targets are being achieved.

The role is paying up to £35,000 in addition to a competitive commission scheme.
