Store Manager

A growing optical retailer is seeking a store manager for one of their sites in East London. Still a relatively new company, they have revolutionised the eyewear retail space offering a bespoke concept for tailor made frames creating unique solutions for their customers that are perfectly fitted.

As the store manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the success of the store, ensuring your team delivers a first-class customer experience while enhancing the store's commercial performance. Regular appraisals, maintaining high store standards, and fostering team development will also be key aspects of your role.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience in the world of optometry. You will ideally be able to demonstrate the industry qualifications for working in this space, whilst driving the success of the store and developing a team. This is a distinct advantage for the successful candidate.

The basic salary is up to £60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. There is an attractive bonus scheme, a free pair of bespoke glasses each year and the opportunity for potential personal growth with this growing company.
