Store Manager

A luxury optical retailer located in Canary Wharf are looking for a store manager. This retailer has stamped its mark in the UK retail market over recent years due to their impeccable bespoke service that tailors to customer needs.

As a store manager you will oversee and develop the site, ensuring that your team is delivering an excellent experience, whilst improving the overall commerciality of the store. You will also perform regular appraisals and ensure that store standards are regularly met.

The ideal candidate will have experience as manager in the luxury retail sector in a 1 to 1 focused environment. Experience within the optical sector is desirable, with the ability to conduct fittings and provide knowledge around materials to offer a bespoke service. You will also be involved in developing the new dry eye clinics and a qualification as a registered dispensing optician is advantageous for this role.

The salary is paying between £50,000 – £60,000 dependent on experience.
