Store Manager

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced retail manager to join a leading premium retailer based near Royal Wootton Bassett. This company prides itself on being innovative, introducing new products to the market which will make our everyday lives easier.

As store manager, you will be people and customer focused. You will be commercial, driving sales, whilst maintaining brand standards. With the products in mind, great product training to promote customer engagement will be key.

Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate your passion for fantastic one-to-one selling and encouraging your team to achieve and develop. Being a good all-rounder as a retail manager will be paramount.

The basic salary is up to £35,000, with bonuses worth up to 15%. The position comes with life assurance, healthcare, 6% matched pension to name only a few of the great benefits. Not to forget that this role also offers every other weekend off.
