What You'll Be Doing as Store Manager

• Take full responsibility for store performance, ensuring commercial success through strong P&L Responsibility

• Lead and inspire the team through clear Sales Leadership and day-to-day Retail Management

• Deliver exceptional Customer Service Excellence across every area of the store

• Build and maintain a high-performing team through effective Recruitment & Training and ongoing Team Management

• Ensure brand standards are consistently met through strong attention to Visual Merchandising

• Set clear goals, drive performance, and create a culture of success

What We're Looking For in a Store Manager

• A proven Store Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager with strong leadership skills

• Experience within the fashion retail sector, with a customer-first approach

• A passion for developing people and leading high-performing retail teams

• Strong commercial and operational understanding, including experience with P&L Responsibility

• A confident decision maker who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment

• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
