We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Store Manager to lead our retail team in Bristol for an exciting NEW STORE brand specialising in sportswear. This is a fantastic opportunity for a retail professional with a passion for running, cycling, and other outdoor activities to take ownership of a new store, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer service in the sportswear and sports performance sector.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for opening and managing our new store in Bristol, leading a retail team to achieve sales targets, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure the store operates efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading a retail team to drive sales and exceed KPIs

• Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills

• Maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising

• Managing stock, executing promotions, and overseeing product launches

• Representing the brand and fostering a customer-first approach in a sportswear environment
