Store Leader

This sports fashion retailer is looking to welcome a store leader to its people focused team. The company is committed to its goal of creating a fulfilling and inspiring place to work, to set a great atmosphere for its customers to shop in.

The role will entail setting the standard for excellent customer service is being met in alignment with the company standards. There will also be a requirement for collaboration amongst your team to allow for a clear chain of communication in store, whilst supporting the store manager on the day to day running of the store.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate an natural passion for working within a retail environment, and will be willing to go above and beyond to meet customer needs. Being able to offer up ideas and opinions on how to drive performance forward will also be required.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of up to £27,000 and this comes with a host of other benefits such as, a monthly bonus scheme, staff discounts, one weekend off per month, uniform allowance and many more exciting perks.
