Role Overview:

As a store cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the store, ensuring all areas are well-presented and hygienic for customers and staff. Your role will be crucial in providing a safe and pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize all areas of the store, including aisles, bathrooms, break rooms, and staff areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly
• Empty trash bins and ensure waste is disposed of properly
• Ensure shelves and product displays are free from dust and dirt
• Clean windows, doors, and other glass surfaces
• Assist in maintaining store safety by ensuring floors are dry and free of hazards
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
• Assist in deep cleaning tasks during quieter periods

Requirements:
• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on cleanliness
• Ability to lift light to moderate weight and stand for long periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
