Retail Operations Manager - Nights

As a retail operations manager, you will be tasked with driving business performance through providing an efficient warehouse operation. You will coach and develop your team to ensure that stock levels and stock integrity are at an optimal level for the store operations to function.

Working closely with the senior management team, you will be responsible to deliver commercial, operational and audit targets that exceed business expectations.

Coming from a retail operations environment, you will be a senior manager who has a proven track record operating in a fast and high-volume environment. Excellent communication and collaborative skills are a necessity as you will be developing relationships with key stakeholders.

The retailer is paying up to £40,000 for the right candidate. There is a 15% night allowance and 20% performance related bonus included. You will have a direct impact on the business performance which will provide opportunities to progress.
