Sous Chef

A luxury restaurant chain is keen to bring in a sous chef for their site located in the Bicester area. This restaurant is renowned for its unique and delicious dishes, and they are constantly expanding throughout the UK.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the team is motivated to deliver an excellent service whilst working to the relevant health and safety guidelines. Every dish will need to be created with passion and finesse. This brand specializes in serving small plates as well as their sought-after main dishes.

As a sous chef, you will directly report to the head chef and general manager, assisting with any day-to-day tasks that need to be completed. You will also be responsible for organizing the kitchen and ensuring that the front house team are equipped to provide customers with memorable dining experience.

The salary is paying up to £40,000.
