Social Producer
Expected salary - £42,700 - £55,000 (dependent on experience) Contract type - This position is a 12 month Secondment / Fixed Term Contract Working pattern / flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The Creative team aims for around 2 days a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings. Location - This role is based at our London Head Office campus in Pimlico. Please note, any cost incurred as a result of travel to the office is the responsibility of the successful candidate. There is no travel allowance for this role. There is also a responsibility to visit our John Lewis branches when necessary. You will be able to claim travel expenses for these journeys. Key responsibilities Supporting the social content team on the facilitation and production of social shoots Negotiations for external talent and production costs, including locations and travel. Maintaining a clear breakdown of costs and keeping rigid budget control Raising purchase orders and ensuring all suppliers and third parties are paid on time Support creative when needed on smaller projects and overseeing the complete end to end production on larger scale projects Working with the buying team and stores to source product and understand brand guidelines when necessary Handling cost estimations and job quoting, ensuring all projects remain in budget Negotiating usage rights by channel ensuring we are mitigating any risk and agreeing to the lowest usage fees Providing updates and holding PPM’s to key stakeholders on large scale projects Be up to date on established and upcoming creative talent within the social media space Manage the set up, pre-production and post production on creative shoots when needed. This includes call sheets and detailed shoot schedules Maintain a history of all external talent used along with notes for future reference As required attendance on shoots to ensure brief is fully delivered and production runs smoothly Have a good understanding of best in class social content and the ability to take learnings forward into future shoots Regularly reviewing shoot production process to improve efficiency Essential skills/experience you’ll need Proven experience managing budgets Exceptional knowledge of usage fees, talent contracts, permits and licensing legalities Art buying and on shoot production experience Proficient in Google sheets, docs and slides Experience in producing content with a fashion, Beauty or home #LI-HEADOFFICE #LI-RZ1 #LI-HYBRID
