Social Media & Marketing Co-ordinator

We're currently recruiting for a Social Media and Marketing Co-Ordinator to join a wonderful Premium British fashion brand. As the Co-Ordinator you will be an integral part of the marketing team, supporting the daily running of the fun and supportive department. Office based 4 days a week in with WFH Fridays.

Main Responsibiltires will include:

  • Work alongside the Creative team to produce Instagram Stories, Reels and TikTok videos.
  • Monitor competitors, emerging social media trends and content pieces, reporting back to the Marketing Manager
  • Oversee the social media community management, responding to customer comments and messages in a timely and on-brand manner.
  • Curate the weekly social media content plan, following briefing from the Marketing Manager to ensure posting aligns with the brand values.
  • Take ownership of daily posting and scheduling across all social media channels - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, LinkedIn etc.
  • Write engaging and compelling social media caption copy, which aligns with the brand tone of voice.
  • Own social media analytics across various platforms and assisting the Marketing Manager in compiling social media and UGC data for monthly reports
  • Act as the guardian for the seasonal influencer gifting and UGC programme, managing influencer outreach, gifting send outs and budget tracking.
  • Develop a good understanding of the brands tone of voice, expanding your copywriting skills beyond social media captions to also include email and website copy.
  • Work alongside the Brand and Graphic Design Lead to create compelling content to harness our social media community across Instagram and Instagram Stories, with key metrics to increase posting frequency and engagement
  • Taking direction from the Marketing Manager, help push the brands social media content forwards with video-first thinking, increasing our output on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with delivery and administration of the seasonal marketing strategy, offering support with influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, events and customer activations.

Person Specification:

  • You must be confident, driven and energetic
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a marketing role
  • Excellent Social Media experience
  • Able to think outside the box and come up with new marketing initiatives and ideas.
