Social Media & Content Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Social Media & Content Manager to lead our clients digital storytelling efforts and grow their online presence. You will drive the content and brand strategy, manage a small team of one, and oversee influencer partnerships, all while maintaining a data-driven approach to content performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Brand Strategy:

  • Develop and implement an engaging content strategy aligned with the brand's vision and objectives.
  • Maintain a cohesive brand voice across all platforms to resonate with target audiences.

Influencer Management:

  • Build and manage relationships with influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns, including negotiations, briefs, and performance tracking.

Shoot Management:

  • Plan and execute product and lifestyle shoots, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and campaign goals.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively for social media, content production, and influencer campaigns.

CRM & E-Commerce Understanding:

  • Collaborate with CRM and e-commerce teams to align content with customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Ensure all content supports sales goals and enhances the customer journey.

Data-Driven Approach:

  • Use analytics tools to measure content performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Report on key performance metrics to inform decision-making and demonstrate ROI.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor one team member, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in fast fashion, shoes, or accessories.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work at pace and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Expertise in content planning, influencer partnerships, and digital campaigns.
  • Analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems and e-commerce workflows.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
