An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Operations Manager to join a leading business with sites across the UK. Based at the Leeds site, you will oversee high-frequency dispatch operations across the North-Western region.

The Ideal Site Operations Manager: You will have a proven track record in managing warehouse operations, leading teams, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team motivation skills are essential.

A background in a multidrop logistics environment would be a big advantage.

What will you be doing?

As Site Operations Manager, you will manage all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key duties include:

• Leading recruitment, training, and performance management for the operational team.

• Partnering with HR on site-specific needs, including reviews and disciplinary actions.

• Ensuring systems, processes, and procedures are followed for smooth operations.

• Monitoring logistics and warehouse performance, meeting company targets.

• Collaborating with the sales team to address service issues and enhance customer experience.

• Ensuring stock integrity and health & safety compliance.

• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and site security.
