Senior Supervisor

A popular ladieswear retailer who has a significant presence in the UK is looking for a senior supervisor in the Bristol Cribbs Causeway area. This company is continuing to expand across the country and is considered as one of the leaders in the fashion retail world.

The role of senior supervisor will require the chosen candidate to effectively achieve KPI’s whilst leading your team on the shop floor and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring that everybody is motivated and achieving targets to increase sales within the store whilst maintaining operational standards to drive maximum efficency.

The ideal candidate will ideally come from a fashion retail or service led background with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish customer needs.

The role is paying up to £26,500.
