Senior Store Manager

This globally renowned retailer is looking to welcome a senior store manager to its Swindon based store. The industry leading company, prides itself on its innovative approach which has led to the company being synonymous with premium home appliances.

The role will be centred around driving the performance of your team and setting a positive morale in store. A proactive approach will be required to identify opportunities to capitalise on market trends and to ensure service in alignment with the standard of excellence set throughout the business.

The ideal candidate will come with a wealth of retail management experience and will be a confident, dependable leader. A prior or a dedication to understanding the customer demographic of the company will also be necessary, therefore the ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion for retail.

The successful applicant will earn a salary of up to £35,000 with the opportunity to further grow this figure through OTE in an generous bonus structure. The role also boasts every other weekend off amongst a host of other benefits.
