Senior Sales Assistant

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in luxury retail, with a strong focus on sales, client relationships, and delivering personalised service. We are looking for someone who is professional, dedicated, and skilled at building lasting connections with clients to drive repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide an exceptional customer experience and consistently exceed sales expectations.
-Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client retention.
-Maintain the highest standards in store presentation, merchandising, and operations.
-Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver a seamless shopping experience.

What We’re Looking For:
-A minimum of two years' experience in luxury retail, ideally within bridal or high-end fashion.
-A proven track record of sales success and strong clienteling skills.
-A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
-A stable and reliable work history, demonstrating commitment and professionalism.

The position is paying a basic salary of up to £28,000. There is a lucrative commission structure to reward performance. Generous staff discount on luxury products, and a uniform allowance to represent the brand.
