Senior HR Business Partner

A growing quick service restaurant chain is looking to recruit a senior HR business partner to oversee it’s UK and European operation. The UK operation currently has 20 sites, with planned expansion set to increase the site portfolio further. They also have sites in France and Germany. The company prides itself on selling food with integrity, sourcing the best quality ingredients from the most sustainable suppliers and sources.

The role of senior HR business partner will manage a team of three across the UK, France and Germany. As senior HR business partner, you’ll provide guidance and support to senior leaders that focuses on driving talent and performance management cycles. In this position, you must understand HR principles and legal frameworks and be able to apply this knowledge to identify practical solutions for the business needs and challenges. You’ll take the lead on a number of important company agendas including diversity, inclusion and equity, reward and recognition, development of the HRIS and recruitment platforms, to name a few.

The successful applicant will be able to strategize with restaurant leadership team to create an environment where our employees can thrive. You should and have a proven track record of coaching and developing leaders at all levels within the organization and leading employee engagement initiatives that create best-in-class work environments and drive results. The company is looking for someone who is currently operating at a senior HRBP level from a hospitality or retail environment.

In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £80,000 plus a performance related annual bonus of up to £12,000. You will benefit from free meals when working on site, perfect for those who enjoying eating the quality product it sells. There is also private medical and dental cover.
