Senior Customer Service and Sales Assistant

A new opportunity has arisen for a senior customer service and sales assistant to join this accessories supplier on a temporary basis. The company is well-established in its field and sells products via both wholesale and eCommerce channels.

You will be responsible for processing wholesale orders, building and maintaining relationships with wholesale customers, processing and dispatching eCommerce orders and dealing with both B2B and B2C customer service queries.

The successful candidate will have prior customer service experience, strong administration skills and proficiency on Excel.
