Senior Buyer

Our client is a market-leading retailer dedicated to offering the finest natural and organic products, combining outstanding customer service with a strong commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing. They are seeking an experienced senior buyer to lead their ambient category, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of their premium product offering.

As senior buyer, you will be looking after grocery, ambient, and health & well-being categories. Reporting directly to the commercial director, you will influence long-term strategy, drive profitability, and play a key role in business expansion over the next three to five years. There is a team of 8 that you will lead and manage.

We’re looking to speak with a strategic and commercially savvy leader with proven experience at senior buyer, head of buying, or category manager level. You’ll be a natural problem solver with a forward-thinking mindset, eager to push boundaries and drive change.

The basic salary on off is up to £90,000 for the right candidate. There is a bonus structure offering up to £14,000 pa. Generous share options and benefits with the opportunity for future growth.
