Sales Associate

An opportunity to join this luxury beauty brand based in a busy department store in Birmingham. The brand is known for their show stopping make up, from flawless foundations to the perfect pout.

As a sales associate, you will be delivering sales targets as part of the wider team. This is about fantastic customer journey, impeccable standards and a desire to drive sales to earn your commission. This will be fast paced, so we are looking for someone who can demonstrate flexibility, drive and a passion for cosmetics and the brand.

Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate your passion for cosmetics and/or fragrance. You will have worked in a similar environment showing that you understand how to influence a sale, build a raaport with your clients and work collaboratively with others.

Our client is looking for the right person for three days a week, equating to 22.5 hours. At this point it is a fixed term contract of 6 months, however, there is a strong possibility that this may become a permanent position.
