Sales and Service Manager – Lease and Laundry  

Our clients are a well established & leading manufacturer of workwear garments within the Lease and laundry industry , they are now looking to appoint a Sales & Service Manager to join their fast paced business , you must be passionate about results but not have an aggressive your demeanor , this is about relationship building and gaining that longevity trust between you and your customers .

Job Scope

To develop and implement a sales strategy for the delivery of company goals and sales budgets within the lease and laundry division of the business. This is via a combination of new business and account management. The role is a National Role.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all new enquiries, including the development and management of proposals for the selection of products and pricing.

• Become the technical point of contact for customers.
  • Fabric knowledge
  • H & S Safety standards
  • Keep up to date with the latest information and advise on potential innovations
  • Train other member of the business both existing and new.
  •  
• Maintain relationships with all customers to ensure effective management of their account and delivery of their clothing programs within agreed timescales.
• Maintain the sales pipeline reporting updated on a weekly basis

• Liaise directly with the Operations team to assist in establishing client needs and issue resolution.
• Provide direct input on new product developments
• Supply sales reports as required within established timescales
• Contribute to forecasting and establishment of annual budgets
