Sales and Operations Administrator

A well-established company representing reputable global brands, is looking to hire a Sales and Operations Administrator to join their London office. This role is integral to supporting both sales and operational functions within the company, contributing to the smooth coordination between departments. Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Enter sales orders onto Joor;
  • Create sales reports from Joor data to support sales team requests;
  • Good understanding of margin sheets and pricing;
  • Create price lists and sample order forms on excel/confident on excel and creating reports;
  • Create a weekly sell through report to be shared with management and the wider team;
  • Monitor sales reports on a weekly basis and suggest re-orders, GWP or staff incentives to support retailers;
  • Review E-commerce stock levels and replenish weekly;
  • Help with merchandising on the website to keep it fresh for the customers;
  • Create visual buys for key account appointments;
  • Target new accounts and build a tracker for communication with new business;
  • Track everything from appointment dates, follow ups, order confirmations etc;
  • Work closely with the Operations team to keep track of deliveries and invoice chasing;
  • Create product files for each account, which includes product names, codes, EANs, product descriptions;
  • Involvement in weekly shipping and finance meetings;
  • Create off price stock lists including images and pricing;
  • Support on analysing end of season sales to include in final presentation to design team;
  • Collate and provide product information for catalogues prior to sales launches;
  • Send samples when requested by buyers.

Person Specifications:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Preferred experience using ERP software - Joor, Styleman, Canva;
  • Good IT literacy - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
  • Proactive and able to work independently and prioritise effectively;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Problem-solving;
  • Excellent time management;
