An exciting new opportunity has arisen for our client, a well-respected supplier of ladies and childrenswear who are growing their team and are seeking a Sales Administrator, ideally with prior experience working with Primark.
Working alongside the Sales and Design Director, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a stable business. You will have strong organisation and analytical skills with a proactive approach to work. They are looking for someone who is driven, a team player and enthusiastic.
This role will suit someone with previous experience in a similar Sales Admin or Buying Admin role, seeking a new challenge with the chance to learn a lot and progress. Based in Central London offices with hybrid working.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting Sales and Design Director.
- Manage and responsible for sending samples, swatches and any other information required out to customers.
- Assisting in the preparation of on-site customer meetings.
- Critical path management, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordination of customer requirements and deadlines to help advise sampling priorities.
- Daily sample chasing working with internal teams and external factories
- Raise Sales orders and order confirmation sheets to be passed to merchandising team/factories and customers.
Person specifications:
- 1 years' experience in a similar role, ideally working with Primark.
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn.
- Must be very organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise.
- Good attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
- IT literate with excel knowledge.
- A hands-on can-do attitude, someone who is hard working and positive.
