The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Sales Manager at the brand’s Chelsea Showroom in New York City. Ideal candidates will have a background in fine jewelry or luxury goods.

Main Duties:

  • Nurturing and developing direct client relationships through outreach, showroom-based appointments, and events

  • Creating invoices, processing payments, passing orders through internal channels, and tracking production timelines. Liaising internally and externally regarding deliveries

  • Managing after-sale service and follow-up, including repairs, resizing, and client communication to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Attending direct selling shows and client appointments outside of the showroom when required

  • Collaborating with the commercial director to set and implement sales targets and executing strategic business plans to meet these goals

  • Working with the marketing department to drive showroom visibility and brand awareness, ensuring all in-showroom touchpoints align with the brand’s messaging and contribute to a cohesive customer experience

  • Demonstrating strong negotiation skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to manage complex business discussions

  • Independently developing and exploring new sales opportunities with an established network of regional clients and resources

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Exceptional selling and client-building skills

  • Previous experience in a luxury retail environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and partners

  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable

  • Expertise in inventory management

  • A positive, calm, and can-do attitude is essential
