Retail Operations Manager

This global travel retailer is looking for a retail operations manager to maximise contribution to EBITDA by providing an efficient back-of-house operation at Gatwick Airport. The company is known for its diverse product portfolio and fast-paced environment.

As a retail operations manager, you will be responsible for managing stock levels to ensure they align with sales activity, promotional performance and supply chain demands. Another integral part of this role is to develop high-performing teams.

Coming from a management role within the retail space, you will be someone who is used to working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is a great communicator.

The role is paying up to £46,000. There is a 20% bonus and benefits package that includes healthcare, free parking and discounts across several brands. Due to the size and performance of the retailer, there are always opportunities to progress and develop.
