This premium retailer are seeking a retail operations coordinator to support on a temporary basis. If you are immediately available without a notice period then please do get in touch.
Your responsibilities will include
- Sales order entry and admin
- Liaising with Logistics and warehouses
- Invoicing and shipment
- Carry out PO raising/sending orders to suppliers/manual updates to the system (dates/ports etc).
- Support teams with general administration duties such as data entry, filing and communications.
The ideal candidate will have excellent excel skills as well as a good understanding of the retail industry in a similar role. You will also be confident networking and liaising with senior team members.
This is a temporary position with full time hours that offers hybrid working.
