Retail Manager

This international food retailer is looking for a retail manager to join its team. The company is franchise partner with some of the worlds best brands and strives to provide excellent products and service alike.

The role will entail overseeing the replenishment and merchandising of quality goods to ensure standards are being met and achieved. Training and development of staff will also be required to ensure potential is being maximised and performance in store is at an optimal level.

The ideal candidate will have prior retail management experience and will be adept at leading a team. A passionate, forward thinking approach will be desirable, whilst effective time management will be critical to success within the role

The successful applicant will receive a salary package equating to £49,000 which is inclusive of a relocation allowance and an annual cost of living allowance.
